Built in India, for the way Indian trade actually works.
We did not build Dockloq from a spreadsheet of features. We built it from conversations with real exporters, freight forwarders, and CHAs across Gujarat – and from one recurring insight we could not ignore.
The insight that started everything.
We kept asking exporters the same question: would you use a platform that connects you with your freight forwarder in one shared workspace? The answer was always the same – no.
Not because they did not trust technology. Because they did not want their freight forwarder seeing their client list, their rates, or their margins. In Indian trade, that information is guarded carefully. Relationships and pricing are competitive advantages.
Every other platform was trying to break those walls down. We decided to build around them instead. Three separate products. Three completely isolated workspaces. The same discipline that runs this industry – now reflected in the software.

Four principles we will not compromise on.
Privacy by default
Data isolation is not a setting you configure. It is the foundation. Each module is a separate product with no shared data architecture.
Built for this industry
Dockloq is not a global ERP adapted for India. It was built here, for the specific workflows of Indian export trade – nothing more, nothing less.
Simple by design
If a feature requires a consultant to set up, we have designed it wrong. Dockloq should work out of the box for any export team, on day one.
Accountability in every action
Every change, every edit, every document – logged with a name and a timestamp. Not as surveillance, but as the kind of accountability that builds trust within a team.
