Can I buy just one module?
Yes — each module is an independent product. If you are a freight forwarder, you only buy the Freight Forwarder module. There is no requirement to subscribe to all three.

Can my freight forwarder see my data if we are both on Dockloq?
No. Each workspace is completely isolated. A freight forwarder using dockloq has zero visibility into any exporter’s workspace — even if they are working together on the same shipment. This is true by design, not by configuration.

How many team members can I add?
Pricing is team-based. You can add as many users as your plan allows, each with specific role-based permissions. Contact us to discuss your team size and we will find the right fit.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. During early access you can book a free demo and we will walk you through the product with your own business scenarios. Early access members also get preferential pricing when we launch publicly.

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in India on secure cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than running dockloq for your team.
